DANCE NOW | ACT UP | SING OUT  are three fully inclusive groups run by Trestle Theatre Company, a charity that works with local communities to inspire creativity through participation.

Integrated Dance Group | Mondays, 1 pm – 2.30 pm | 16+

Autumn Dates 2024

16 Sept - 2 Dec (NB: no classes on 7 and 28 Oct)

Dance Now is a dance session that encourages movement of all types, for all abilities.

In each session, we will introduce and explore different dance techniques and styles from all over the globe. No experience is necessary just the desire to dance.

Cost: £6 per session (Carers always free)

ACT UP

Integrated Drama Group | Tuesdays, 1 pm - 3 pm | 16+

17 Sept - 3 Dec (NB: no classes on 22 and 29 Oct)

Act Up is a drama session that uses playful theatre games and exercises to encourage those who may not usually want to perform to be part of creating and delivering a show.

We believe everyone has a story to tell so join us to explore yours through playful mask work, drama games and exercises.

Cost: £6 per session (Carers always free)

Trestle Arts Base is a fully accessible venue.

SING OUT

Integrated Choir | Thursdays, 1 pm – 2.30 pm | 16+

19 Sept - 5 Dec (NB: no classes on 24 and 31 Oct)

We believe that everybody can sing, so if you want to try then please come along. Everyone is welcome!

Cost: £6 per session. (Carers always FREE)
